The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a prefabricated solid-bed track at a factory instead of on-site, and more specifically, relates to a manufacturing method for a prefabricated solid-bed track having a solid three-dimensional shape, and to a method of constructing, on-site, a concrete solid-bed track using a prefabricated solid-bed track manufactured using the method. A manufacturing method for a prefabricated solid-bed track having a solid three-dimensional shape, according to the present invention, for manufacturing a solid-bed track on which steel wheels of a railroad car travel, comprises the steps of: (a) installing temporary assembly pedestals; (b) installing temporary rails conforming to a planned horizontal alignment, slope and cant, as previously measured on-site, on the temporary assembly pedestals; (c) forming a concrete ballast, between the temporary rails, having a solid three-dimensional shape so as to conform to the horizontal alignment, slope and cant of the temporary rails; (d) installing solid track-bed fastening apparatuses on top of the concrete ballast; and (e) curing the concrete ballast.
