METHOD OF WEAVING HOME TEXTILE FABRIC MADE OF HIGH COUNT AND LOW STRENGTH YARN OF PURE CHINA HEMP

A method of weaving home textile fabric made of high count and low strength yarn of pure China hemp, which comprises the following steps: 1)warping, micro-tension of the yarn is regulated and other parameters are adjusted, such as ends in warp and delay time of warp beam rod etc, to ensure uniformity of beam tension and consistency of the yarn winding and arranging on the beam; 2)sizing, winding tension of warp beam is regulated by the parameters, such as impregnating length and wet elongation rate etc, which are set in a rational range; 3)drafting, drafting accuracy is improved by using auto-leasing machine and auto drawing-in machine; and 4)weaving, the parameters, such as relative humidity in the workshop etc, are regulated to improve the strength and elasticity of the yarn. The method enables not only improving weaving efficiency, yarn strength and fabric quality but also decreasing end breakage.
