Xenorhabdus cabanillasii strain deposited at CNCM having the accession number CNCM I-4418. Antifungal compound purified from Xenorhabdus cabanillasii strain CNCM I-4418 and methods for producing said compound and pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for use in the treatment of fungal disease.
