LEUKOCYTE CLEAVAGE METHOD USING NON-PARAMETRIC PROBABILITY AND TEXTURE INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A leukocyte cleavage method by non-parametric probability and texture information is provided to shorten cleavage time and to improve cleavage accuracy.;CONSTITUTION: A leukocyte cleavage method by non-parametric probability and texture information comprises: a step of extracting chroma and brightness of leukocyte region(S100); a step of generating probability model for the leukocyte nuclear region using the extracted chroma and brightness(S200); a step of generating probability map and separating a sub-image from the probability map(S300); a step of performing domain clustering using mean-shift for the separated sub-image(S400); a step of performing combination of each cluster domain of the sub-image(S600); and a step of determining the cluster domain into finally cleaved leukocyte nuclear region(S700).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
