PURPOSE: An entrance management system of a contactless public culture and physical education facility and system thereof are provided to enable a user to conveniently enter to the public facility by automatically examining the ticket of the user who has a public and RFID card. CONSTITUTION: The RF reader of an entrance control apparatus acquires a serial number from a user RFID card. The entrance control apparatus transmits the serial number to a management server. The management server examines user reservation purchase information corresponding to the serial number. The management server transmits an entrance permission signal to the entrance control apparatus. The management server manages the entrance of the user.
