PURPOSE: A control method of a vehicle air conditioner is provided to save the fuel and improve the fuel efficiency by controlling the wind direction of an outlet to a passenger location and minimizing the operation of a blower and a compressor.;CONSTITUTION: A control method of a vehicle air conditioner comprises the following steps. If a vehicle is started and an air conditioner is runned(S11), the location and number of passenger are detected(S12). An outlet is switched in order that the wind is provided to the location of the detected passenger and the wind direction is controlled.
