PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to collect an electron or hole from both good and faulty finger electrodes, thereby improving power efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module comprises an array substrate, a plurality of solar cells(200), and an inter-cell bus electrode(300). A plurality of solar cells is arranged on the array substrate in order to be adjacent to each other and includes a wiring electrode. The inter-cell bus electrode is partially overlapped with each of the adjacent solar cells and extended to a first direction in order to be electrically connected to each wiring electrode of the adjacent solar cells.
