PURPOSE: A substrate for surface enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy and surface enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy using the same are provided to enable implementation of a lab-on-a chip because a substrate has a light emitting structure and to enable efficient use of a light source because excitation light is irradiated from directly under a material to be analyzed.;CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) for surface enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy comprises a nitride semiconductor having a light emitting structure in part or whole. The light emitting structure is composed of a light emitting diode or laser diode. A concavo-convex region(120), which is composed of pyramids, is formed on the surface of the substrate in part or whole by etching.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
