PURPOSE: A roll forming method of a door belt for a vehicle is provided to enable easy welding and bonding since the conductivity of a door belt of a vehicle is good.;CONSTITUTION: A roll forming method of a door belt for a vehicle comprises next steps. Roll forming is made at the coil so that a part from the protrusion to the left is downwardly bent(S140). The coil is subsequentially roll formed to form a door belt of a vehicle.
