PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a non-magnetic one-component-based color toner is provided to improve the uniformity of surface charging characteristic and to narrow electrification distribution.;CONSTITUTION: An electrification controlling agent is supplied to modify the surfaces of main toner particles to sphere the main toner particles. The surfaces of the sphere main toner particles are coated with organic powder, silica, and titanium dioxide. The average diameter of the first sphere organic powder is between 50 and 120nm. The average diameter of the second sphere organic powder is between 600 and 1000 nm. The average diameter of the silica is between 5 and 20nm. The average diameter of the titanium dioxide is between 300 and 1000nm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
