FIRST CASE BUILDING MACHINE WHICH CAN USE BOTH AS TURN-UP AND TURN-DOWN METHOD CASE BUILDING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A first case building machine which can use both as turn-up and turn-down is provided to manufacture first cases of two kinds build by different methods.;CONSTITUTION: A first case building machine comprise a carcass assembly drum(20), a carcass servicer(10), turn-up devices(30L,30R), a carcass bead transfer ring(40), an under roll stitcher, and a turn-down stitcher. The carcass assembly drum is replaceable according to the building method of the first case. The carcass service supplies an inner liner, a body fly and a side wall in order, according to the building method of the first case. The turn-up devices are arranged in the left end and the right end of the carcass assembly drum, respectively. The carcass bead transfer ring is arranged in the left side of the carcass assembly drum. The under roll stitcher and the turn-down stitcher, which are in the bottom of the carcass assembly drum, stitch semi-finished tires.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
