PURPOSE: A human body communication broadcasting system and a method thereof are provided to set a broadcasting channel through a human body and a dielectric and transmit broadcasting data to a plurality of receiving devices in a network connected to the human body through the broadcasting channel.;CONSTITUTION: A human body communication unit(220) broadcasts a broadcasting signal through a connected human body or dielectric. A channel setting unit(212) sets the connection of a broadcasting channel out of confirmed available broadcasting channels by a user input or predetermined conditions. A broadcasting data processing unit(216) generates a broadcasting signal of broadcasting data.
