ORGANIC ELECTRON-TRANSPORT MATERIALS FOR DEEP BLUE PHOSPHORESCENT OLEDS, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND THIN FILMS AND OLEDS COMPRISING THE SAME
PURPOSE: An organic electron-transfer material is provided to have high triplet energy, excellent electron transport performance, and superior thermal stability and electrochemical stability. CONSTITUTION: An organic electron-transfer material is in chemical formula 1: (R^1)_(4-n)-Si-Ar^1-Ar^2_n. In chemical formula 1, n is 2-4, R^1 is independently selected from alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, aryl, and aryloxy. Ar^1 is a divalent aryl group. Ar^2 is a monovalent aryl group essentially including heterocycle which comprises one or more atoms selected form oxygen and nitrogen atoms. Additionally, the heterocycle comprises an aryl group. Each substituent is independent each other.
