PURPOSE: An e-tax bill processing device based on the national tax service and a method thereof are provided to authenticate an e-tax bill by the national tax office, thereby finding whether the bill is real in real time. CONSTITUTION: A checking system(240) extracts unique information from an e-tax bill received from a sales store server(100). The checking system transmits the extracted unique information to a national tax office(300) by receiving information about whether the bill is reported. An expenditure system(220) provides the costs for the e-tax bill to the sales store server. The checking system extracts the unique information from the e-tax bill at one or more set cycles.
