RETAINING WALL STRUCTURE USING ROCK BOLT OF SET ANCHOR AND PRE-CAST CONCRETE PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE: A concrete retaining wall structure using a set anchor type rock bolt and a precast panel is provided to stabilize and reinforce a slope by connecting drain grooves of precast panels loaded on a base block to each other without blockage. CONSTITUTION: A concrete retaining wall structure using a set anchor type rock bolt and a precast panel comprises precast panels(10), a base block(20), an anchor bar, and a pulling resistor. Each precast panel has a front panel(11), a rear panel(12), a first drain groove, a mortar filling groove(14), and an anchor bar fastening hole. The drain groove is formed in a boundary of the integrated front and rear panels. The mortar filling groove is formed in the center of the front panel. The anchor bar fastening hole is formed from the center of the mortar filling groove to the rear surface of the rear panel. The base block is arranged on a slope and has second and third drain grooves(22,23) and micro pile fastening holes(21). The second drain groove is connected to the first drain groove, and the third drain groove is connected to the second drain groove. The rear end of the anchor bar is inserted into a borehole formed in the slope, and the front end is protruded to the inside the mortar filling groove through the anchor bar fastening hole. The pulling resistor is coupled to the rear end of the anchor bar and improves the pulling resistance of the anchor bar.
