PURPOSE: A method for controlling the flight of an ornithopter, an apparatus for controlling the flight of an ornithopter, and an ornithopter with the same are provided to promote the flight stability of an ornithopter by the period motion of an empennage.;CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling the flight of an ornithopter comprises following steps. A first period motion corresponding to the flapping motion of a main wing is sensed(S200). A second period motion of an empennage is created using the frequency of the first period motion(S300). In the fixed range, the amplitude of the second period motion for minimizing the vibration of the ornithopter and the phase difference of the first and second period motion are searched.
