PURPOSE: A temperature sensor, a device having the same, and an image sensing system are provided to correct a temperature change on real time basis by correcting digital signals indicating an image based on digital signals indicating a temperature.;CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor(10) comprises a band gap reference circuit(100), a temperature voltage generating unit(200), and a digital CDS(Correlated Double Sampling) circuit(300). The band gap reference circuit generates a reference voltage(Verf) proportionate to a temperature. The temperature voltage generating unit outputs a first temperature voltage(Vt1) and second temperature voltage(Vt2) proportionate to the temperature. The digital CDS circuit performs a correlation double sampling with respect to the first temperature voltage and second temperature voltage and outputs digital signals(DS) indicating the temperature.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
