PURPOSE: An electrophotographic photo-sensitive member, a process cartridge, and an electrophotographic device are provided to introduce a compound with a specific structure into either the intermediate layer or the photo-sensitive layer of the electrophotographic photo-sensitive member.;CONSTITUTION: An electrophotographic photo-sensitive member includes a conductive support, an intermediate layer, and a photo-sensitive layer. The intermediate layer is arranged on the conductive support. The photo-sensitive layer is arranged on the intermediate layer. The photo-sensitive layer includes an electronic charge generating material and a hole transporting material. Either the intermediate layer or the photo-sensitive layer includes a compound represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are respectively hydrogen elements or methyl groups; and X is a group with a structure represented by chemical formula X1 or X2. In chemical formula X1, R3 to R6 are respectively hydrogen elements, C1 to C4 alkyl groups, halogen elements, methoxy groups, and element groups forming aromatic rings with Rn and Rn+1; n is the integer of 3 to 5.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
