LIGHTNESS, THERMAL INSULATION EXCELLENT MANY PURPOSES INDUSTRY MATERIAL AND THE MANUFACTURE METHOD

PURPOSE: A multi-purpose composite non-woven fabric with lightness and insulation is provided to ensure insulation, sound absorption, size stability, and shock resistance and to be used in automobiles and electronics. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a multi-purpose composite non-woven fabric for industries with lightness and insulation comprises: a step of supplying 50 wt% of hollow yarn, 40 wt% of polyethylene terephthalate yarn, and 10% of aramid yarn into a pressing roller; a step of supplying a polyethylene form(2)(2') to upper and lower portions of the non-woven fabric(1) of single fiber; a step of adhering the polyethylene form on to the upper and lower portions of the non-woven fabric to prepare adhered composite non-woven fabric; and a step of supplying the adhered non-woven fabric to a pressing roller and adhering in one body.
