PURPOSE: A roller of an HPF(Hot Press Forming) furnace with superior mechanical properties and reaction resistance to a plating material is provided to minimize the fusion or penetration of a plating material, reduce the costs for replacement of rollers, and improve the efficiency of an HPF process.;CONSTITUTION: A roller of an HPF furnace comprises a metal base(1), a thermal spray coating layer(2) formed of ceramic coated on the outer surface of the metal base, and a surface coating layer(3) formed of smaller ceramic on the outer surface of the thermal spray coating layer.
