PURPOSE: A kegel exercise alarm device is provided to enable a user to exercise by him/herself and to strengthen leg muscles by walking.;CONSTITUTION: A kegel exercise alarm device comprises a loop(30), a vibrator(10), a protrusion(32), a jack(11), and a display(20). The loop can be fit onto the penis and scrotum in order to attach the vibrator between the scrotum and anus and is equipped with a protrusion. The jack is connected to the vibrator and receives information such electric power level, and vibration cycle and time.
