PURPOSE: A device for damping heat transfer to an outer case from a heater of an electric range is provided to prevent a fixture piece from being curved or bent toward a lower side because a support prevents loads and gravity from being applied to the fixture piece of a side frame.;CONSTITUTION: A device for damping heat transfer to an outer case from a heater(3) of an electric range comprises an operation unit(2), a heater, a controller(4), an upper plate glass(5), a side frame(6), and a fixing unit(7). The operation unit is installed in a front side of the outer case(1). The heater and controller are built in the outer case. The upper plate glass is fixed to an upper opening. The side frame is fixed in both sides of a wall of the outer case. The fixture piece(61) is bent into one with the side frame. The fixing unit is fixed to the fixture piece of the side frame detachably and a pressing piece(71) line-touched with the heater is bent upward from the both sides of the fixture piece.
