COMPOUND FOR ORGANIC PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVICE CAPABLE OF OBTAINING HIGH LUMINOUS EFFICIENCY EVEN IN LOW DRIVING VOLTAGE, AND AN ORGANIC PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A compound for organic photovoltaic device is provided to inject and transport electron/hole, to be used as a luminous host together with moderate dopant, thereby capable of providing an organic photoelectric device with excellent life time, efficiency, electrochemical stability and thermal stability.;CONSTITUTION: A compound for organic photovoltaic device is in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, HTU is a substituent with hole properties, ETU is a substituent with electron properties, L^1 is a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-6 alkenylene, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-6 alkynylene, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylene, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroarylene, or combinations thereof. R^1-R^4 are same or different each other, respectively and independently hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroaryl group or combinations thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
