PURPOSE: A lie deciphering method, a lie deciphering server, and a terminal device are provided to confirm sensibility of an opponent by extracting voice corresponding to the lie state and offering the voice as graphic user interface type. CONSTITUTION: A voice signal and first sensitivity information measured by an arbitrary sensitivity sensor is collected(S10). Second sensitivity information is extracted by amplifying the voice signal and analyzing a specific section in which rule fluctuation is extreme among components of the voice signal(S20). A first lie state is determined by comparing first standards sensitivity information and the first sensitivity information(S30). A second lie state is determined by comparing second standards sensitivity information and the second sensitivity information(S40). Lie voice of a section containing one or more states among the first lie state and the second lie state is extracted(S50).
