摘要

PURPOSE: A solvent-free coating composition of electron beam curing and a coating fabric sheet which is manufactured by using thereof are provided to enhance abrasion resistance, stalk, and elongation without using organic volatile compounds. CONSTITUTION: A solvent-free coating composition of electron beam curing comprises urethane acrylate-based resin, functional acrylic monomer, and (meta)acrylate ester based monomer. The solvent-free coating composition is hardened by electronic beam hardening method. A manufacturing method of a coating fabric sheet comprises the following steps: a step of spreading solvent-free coating composition including urethane acrylate resin, functional acrylate based monomer, and (meta) acrylic acid ester class monomer on top of the fabric sheet; and a step of forming a coating layer by solidifying the solvent-free coating composition after irradiating electronic beam from upper part of the fabric sheet.
