PURPOSE: A foaming synthetic resin panel in which non-combustive material is attached on one side and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to prevent exfoliation phenomenon in which the non-combustive material is partially fallen away from the foaming synthetic resin panel.;CONSTITUTION: A foaming synthetic resin panel in which non-combustive material is attached on one side comprises a first winding drum(4), a second winding drum(5), heat welding rollers(6,7), a heating roller(8), a needle roller(9) and winding drums(11). are included. In the first winding drum, normal foaming synthetic resin panels(1,2) in which the non combustive material is not attached are rolled in a roll form. In the second winding drum, the foaming synthetic resin panel in which the non combustive material is attached is rolled in a roll form. The heat welding rollers bond the foaming synthetic resin panel which is rolled in each winding drum by heat welding thereof. The heating roller is installed in one side of the heat welding roller. The heating roller adds heat to the foaming synthetic resin panel which has been transferred to the heat welding roller. The needle roller comprises a plurality of needles which is formed into one body on the circumferential surface in order to form a plurality of breathers(3) on the non-combustive material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
