摘要

PURPOSE: A livestock waste drying device in a pigsty is provided to restrain generation of leachate because moisture of livestock wastes came from a pigsty is removed so that the processed livestock wastes is utilized by being fermented.;CONSTITUTION: A livestock waste drying device in a pigsty is composed of these. A 100(100) is an inlet for inserting livestock wastes. A 200(200) is a device removing moisture in a processing process and attached on the upper part of the device. A 300(300) is used for a heat source for removing the moisture and formed with copper. The 300 is covered with aluminum due to possibilities of corrosion when contacting with the livestock wastes. A 500(500) decreases the temperatures of evaporated steam and ammonia into a room temperature. A 600(600) and a 700(700) perform an aerobic treatment by aerating. The processed water discharging device is maintained below COD 40. A leachate cylinder is buried underground. A collecting well is buried underground because problem can be occurred when inserting the livestock wastes if an inlet is located at an overly high spot. However, if the inlet and the portion for inserting the livestock wastes are the same, the collecting well is not buried.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
