PURPOSE: A PNA microarray for identifying and diagnosing aerobic gram-positive food poisoning bacteria is provided to accurately and quickly diagnose Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monocytogenes from other bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A PNA microarray for identifying and diagnosing aerobic gram-positive food poisoning bacteria contains a PNA(peptide nucleic acid) probe of sequence numbers 1 and 2 and a primer of sequence numbers 3-6. The aerobic gram-positive food poisoning bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus or Listeria monocytogenes.
