PURPOSE: a kind of language learning system and its operating method, it is provided using mobile terminal for so that mobile terminal to search content, by be connected to research server in any place and any time, by recording selected video content, the link information, and the corresponding additional studies information content. ;CONSTITUTION: a kind of learning server (1100) generates an additional research information content and has managed the research of clause mobile terminal (1200) downloading applet, by being connected to research server.
