PURPOSE: A peptide which is conjugated to Edwardsiella tarda and a method for preparing the same are provided to identify the kinds of bacteria.;CONSTITUTION: A peptide conjugated with Edwardsiella tarda has TLYPLDR (ET-01) sequence number or WVWPARL (ET-02). A method for detecting Edwardsiella tarda comprises: a step of binding peptides to a sample containing Edwardsiella tarda; a step of removing free peptides from a sample using a filter; and a step of measuring fluorescent material, radioactive substance, or enzyme activity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
