PURPOSE: A sensor jig for a bearing wear monitoring device for a low speed diesel engine and an utilization method for the sensor jig are provided to reduce the risk of accidents because a worker stands in the outside of a low speed diesel engine when setting a sensor of a sensor unit.;CONSTITUTION: A sensor jig(100) for a bearing wear monitoring device for a low speed diesel engine comprises a disc(102), a cylinder body(104), storage(112), and a leaf spring(130). The disc has a thickness(h) equal to a distance between a cross head guide shoe and a sensor when a position of the cross head guide shoe is a bottom dead center. The cylinder body is formed in the lower part of the disc, thereby forming a sensor accommodating unit(106). The storage is formed in the inner diameter of the cylinder body as an accommodation space and a hole(112a) which has a narrower than a cross section of the accommodation space is formed in an inlet of the storage. The leaf spring is accommodated in the storage. An edge part(132) is projected toward the sensor accommodating unit, thereby preventing the leaf spring from being separated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
