PURPOSE: A white list based smart phone malignant code blocking method and recording media thereof are provided to block or defer installation of malignant application, thereby protecting a smart phone from a malignant code.;CONSTITUTION: A new application installed in a smart phone is monitored(201). If installation of the application is detected, identification information of the application is extracted(204). The information of the application is transmitted to a server. An inclusion deciding result about a white list of the application is received from server(208).
