PURPOSE: A ceramic-reinforced material through double coating and a manufacturing method of ceramics stiffening agent are provided to increase dispersibility of the ceramic particles in the bath metal by using an inoculant as a core particle used in the casting industry.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of ceramic-reinforced material through double coating comprises the following steps: forming a first layer by coating an inoculant with ceramic particles; and forming a second layer by coating the inoculants with metal particles. A manufacturing method of ceramics stiffening agent through the double coating comprises the following steps: forming a first layer by coating ceramic particles with metal particles; and forming a second layer by coating the inoculants with ceramic particles which is coated with the metal particles. In the first layer forming step, inorganic binder is used for coating the inoculant surface.
