PURPOSE: A two-photon fluorescent probe and an imaging method of zinc ions in mitochondria using the same are provided to emit strong fluorescence and to enable imaging of zinc ion distribution and activation. CONSTITUTION: A two-photon fluorescent probe contains a compound of chemical formula 1 or 2. In chemical formulas 1 and 2, X is S or O. The probe is formed by transduction of triphenyl phosphonium salt and N,N-di-(2-picolyl)ethylene amine to 6-(benzodthiazole-2-yl)-2-(N,N-dimethyl amino)naphthalene or 6-(benzodoxazole-2-yl)-2-(N,N-dimethyl amino)naphthalene. The probe is selected dyed to mitochondria.
