PURPOSE: A thin film magnesium boride superconductivity long wire and an apparatus and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to simultaneously react with magnesium, boron and dopants in one process by combing a hybrid physical-chemical deposition technique and a reel-to-reel method. CONSTITUTION: A metal substrate is prepared in a chamber(S10). Magnesium is supplied to the inside of the chamber(S20). The metal substrate and the magnesium are heated(S30). Gas including boron is supplied to the inside of the chamber(S40). Magnesium boride is deposited on the heated metal substrate(S50).
