PURPOSE: a kind of social agent service system provide it is a kind of use information or suitable service to infer the context of user to be supplied with, and predict next movement. ;CONSTITUTION: personal information collection device (22) collects two log informations and personal profile information from social agent client (10). Contextual information collection device (21) collects current context information. Infer that unit (24) infer user's context and confidence level by using current context information, the information, with personal configuration file information. Movement infers that unit (25) infer that next movement is bonded to each other by using the confidence level of that deduction context of state machine and deduction.
