METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVELY ANALYZING MONOGLYCOCERAMIDES IN BIOLOGICAL SPECIMENS CAPABLE OF INCREASING THE RELIABILITY OF THE QUANTITATIVELY ANALYSIS OF MONOGLYCOCERAMIDES BY ADDING DIHYDROCERAMIDES AS INTERNAL STANDARDS
PURPOSE: A method for quantitatively analyzing monoglycoceramides in biological specimens is provided to accurately analyze monoglycoceramides by separating sphingosine and dihydro sphingosine from monoglyco sphingosine.;CONSTITUTION: A method for quantitatively analyzing monoglycoceramides in biological specimens includes the following: dihydro sphingosine is added into a biological specimen as internal standards; lipid components are extracted from the biological specimen; high-performance thin film chromatography is applied to separate monoglycoceramides from the extracted lipid components; the separated monoglycoceramides are deacylated; the deacylated products undergo a fluorescence derivatization reaction; the fluorescence derived products are analyzed based on reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
