PURPOSE: A switching controller for improving a response speed and compensating reactive power using fuzzy algorithm and an optimum phase detecting unit is provided to reduce a program load by reflecting a three-phase change and the fuzzy algorithm.;CONSTITUTION: A switching microcontroller(11) turns off an SCR by receiving an SCR off point and sequence from a fuzzy algorithm microcontroller(14). An optimal phase sensor generates a signal at a phase inversion change timing by sensing a phase change and a phase signal of a voltage difference of a condenser bank and each phase of a three-phase. A CT current-to-voltage converter(13) converts the current change from a T into a voltage. A snubber circuit(15) removes inrush current and surge power due to the on and off of the condenser bank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
