PURPOSE: A solid substrate structure for peptide synthesis using a solid phase synthesis and a manufacturing method of the solid substrate structures are provided to synthesize peptide even in the solid phase which is vulnerable under an organic solvent environment required for the reaction.;CONSTITUTION: A solid substrate structure for peptide synthesis using a solid phase synthesis includes A parlylene thin film in which a solid state substrate parent for the peptide synthesis and amine radical derivative are formed. The solid state substrate structure has a structure in which the parylene N thin film is evaporated on the solid state substrate parent and solid state substrate parent, and the parlylene A thin film is the evaporated on the parylene N thin film. The parylene N thin film has the thickness of 300 nano meters or greater and 1 micro meter or less. The solid state substrate structure has a structure in which the parlylene a thin film is evaporated on the solid state substrate parent and the solid state substrate parent.
