PURPOSE: An air-conditioning system with a water circulation device using solar heat is provided to cool and heat customers' areas on the nearby land by circulating deep water. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioning system with a water circulation device using solar heat comprises an impeller(10), a underwater pipe(20), a solar cell(30), a heat exchanger(40), a heat pump, and a customer(100). The impeller is inserted into the underwater pipe, and deep water circulates while the underwater pipe is rotated. The solar cell supplies power to a motor(12). The heat exchanger heat exchanges a heat medium with the deep water pumped up by the impeller. The heat pump injects the heat medium into the heat exchanger, increases or decreases the temperature of the heat medium. The customer uses the heat medium for cooling and heating a room, and the used heat medium returns to the heat pump.
