PURPOSE: A method for forming Bluegold, Elizabeth, Darrow, Woodard or Tifblue by culturing growth point is provided to form a new shoot without callus formulation and to produce a large amount of blueberry plant of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming plant of blueberry species, Bluegold comprises a step of placing growth point of the Bluegold in a medium containing 1-3 mg/L of zeatin, 27.6-55.05 mg/L of FeNa-EDTA, 50-150 mg/L of myo-inositol, 1-3 mg/L of thiamine HCl, 0.5-1.5 mg/L of nicotinic acid, 0.5-1.5 mg/L of pyridoxine HCl, 10-50 g/L of sucrose, and 5-7 g of agar to form a new shoot; and a step of culturing the new shoot in a medium containing 1-3 mg/L of zeatin, 36.7-73.4 mg/L of FeNa-EDTA, 50-150 mg/L of myo-inositol, 1-3 mg/L of thiamine, 0.5-1.5 mg/L of nicotinic acid, 0.5-1.5 mg/L of pyridoxine HCl, 10-50 g/L of sucrose, and 5-7 g agar.
