PURPOSE: A resin composition for transparent paint and a composition of transparent paint using the same are provided to enhance adhesive force with urethane, workability and physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for transparent paint comprises a first acrylic resin which uses acrylic monomer as monomer, a second acrylic resin which has higher glass transition temperature than the first acrylic resin, a solvent, and additives. The weight ratio of the first acrylic resin to the second acrylic resin is 3 : 1-1 : 1. The first acrylic resin has solid content of 40-80%, weight average molecular weight of 5000-20000, hydroxy group value of 80-180, acid value of 10-30, glass transition temperature(Tg) of 30-70C and Gardner viscosity at 25 deg. Celsius of Z2-Z5.
