PURPOSE: A polymer impregnation method inside concrete and a construction device for the same are provided to appropriately control absorbance state of concrete surface and to deeply penetrate alkali-aggregate reaction inhibitor or anti-absorbent agent into concrete pores by using a concrete surface heating device.;CONSTITUTION: A polymer impregnation method inside concrete comprises the following steps: pre-treating the concrete surface(s1); increasing concrete surface temperature by exposing the concrete surface infrared heat source(s2); drying the heated concrete surface by hot and high pressured air(s3); and coating the dried concrete surface with deposition materials(s4). In the heating step, the concrete surface temperature arrives to 60-120 deg. Celsius within 30 minutes in exposure to the infrared ray. In the dry step, the hot air temperature is 40-120 deg.
