METAL CATALYST/SUPPORT COMPLEX WITH MACRO-MESO PORES, A HYDROGEN GAS SENSOR USING THE SAME, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME CAPABLE OF IMPROVING SENSITIVITY AND RESPONSE CHARACTERISTIC BY FORMING MACRO-MESO PORES IN THE METAL CATALYST/SUPPORT COMPLEX
PURPOSE: A metal catalyst/support complex with macro-meso pores, a hydrogen gas sensor using the same, and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to miniaturize the size of the hydrogen gas sensor.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal catalyst/support complex with macro-meso pores includes the following steps: the mixed solution of styrene and distilled water; potassium persulfate is added into the mixed solution; a polystyrene solution is synthesized; the polystyrene solution is dried to become colloidal crystals; a precursor for a metal catalyst/support complex is synthesized; the colloidal crystals are immersed in the precursor solution; and the immersed colloidal crystals are dried and incinerated to remove polystyrene colloidal crystals.
