PURPOSE: An active impedance matching chip, an RF(Radio Frequency) transceiver using the same, and a method for automatically controlling and monitoring a voltage standing wave ratio of the RF transceiver are provided to improve radio wave propagation by preventing impedance mismatching between core components.;CONSTITUTION: An active impedance matching chip(200) comprises a coupler(212) and a second coupler(242) on the front end and rear end of a passive impedance matching pad(100). The active impedance matching chip couples a signal transferred from a first DC capacitor(211) and a second DC capacitor(241) and passes through analog sinusoidal waves only. The active impedance matching chip transfers the signal to a controller(300). A standing wave controller compares a signal of incident waves with a signal of reflective waves and outputs voltage values. The standing wave controller controls a first variable capacity part(220) and a second variable capacity part(230) and transfers the voltage values to a passive type impedance matching pad(100).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
