PURPOSE: A method for supporting a conference subject adaptation conference and a system thereof are provided to efficiently perform the progress and preparation of a conference and make a report related to the conference by integrally managing computer report programs and files.;CONSTITUTION: A database(400) stores conference-related data used by a conference subject. A conference management server manages the conference-related data. A conference subject registering unit(110) divides the conference subject according to a kind of the conference subject in order to register the same in a database. A conference data forming unit(120) forms data necessary for a conference in order of conference progress by corresponding to the registered conference subject.
