PURPOSE: A NAND flash file system is provided to perform a fast recovery from a crash due to the abnormal termination regardless the capacity of NAND flash. CONSTITUTION: A flash memory(10) is classified into a plurality of blocks. An operating system(20) assigns after subdividing the work area of block into plural work areas. The operating system manages and records the current working region area information. The block comprises a super block, a journal block, a data block, and a free block. The super block stores the journal block table which is recording meta data of the journal block and file system set value.
