WASTE RESOURCES RECYCLING. METHOD AND EQUIPMENT BY BIO MASS PROCESSING OF CORRUPTIBLE WASTE

PURPOSE: A waste resources recycling method by a biomass process using perishable waste, and an apparatus thereof are provided to recycle the waste without installing a separate processing facility. CONSTITUTION: A waste resources recycling apparatus comprises the following: a storage supply hopper(1); a fixed amount supplying unit(2) for perishable waste; a gas generator(3) for processing the waste into biomass; a fixed amount discharging unit(4); a synthetic gas distributor inducing generated synthetic gas; a gas burner(7), and a hot air collector(8) collecting hot air combusted by the gas burner; a distributor; a heating space inside a drier; a cooling collector(610) for collecting residual hot air; a drain(612) discharging condensed water; a gas exhaust port(611); a upward spiral conveyor(506); and a pressure-reduction drier(6) drying the waste transferred from the conveyor.
