PURPOSE: A method and a system for interlinking a sender display device system and a web profile service system in a CRM system are provided to supply an information service which is uploaded to a past or current web server in a CRM system which is realized as software. CONSTITUTION: A sender registers the personal information to the center information processing server. A receiving terminal which a phone number is receiver is connected to the center information processing server through the information of the sender. The center information processing server generates a personal information file of the registered sender. The center information processing server transmits the sender and the generated personal information film to the receiving terminal of the receiver. The receiving terminal displays the information of the sender.
