PURPOSE: A voltage level shifter is provided to adjust the change range of a voltage level and a time point change of the voltage level by simply adding a MOSFET(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor).;CONSTITUTION: A voltage level shifter comprises an operational amplifier(OP), first and second MOSFETs(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor)(M1, M2), and voltage dividing resistance parts(R1, R2) The operational amplifier includes a first input, a second input, and an output. The operational amplifier mutually compares voltages corresponding to not only an input voltage applied to two inputs but also an output voltage receiving feed back. The operational amplifier is actually operated by an error amplifier. The first MOSFET includes a gate connected to the output of the operational amplifier, a source applied with power supply voltage, and a drain forming the output voltage of the voltage level shifter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
